Our spacious Breez Villa can comfortably host up to 10 guests plus a baby. With 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and ample living space, everyone in your group will have room to relax and enjoy.

Are pets allowed at Breez Villa?

Unfortunately, no. While we love animals, we do not allow pets at Breez Villa to ensure a comfortable, allergy-free environment for all our guests.

Breez Villa boasts 5 luxurious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to provide maximum comfort during your stay.

What amenities does the game room have?
Our game room is packed with fun! It includes a pool table, arcade games, smart tv and a selection of board games. It's the perfect spot for family-friendly competition or just unwinding after a day at the parks.

Does Breez Villa have a private pool?
Yes! Breez Villa features a private pool for your exclusive use. Whether you want to swim a few laps or just lounge by the water, our pool area is perfect for relaxation.

Is pool heating available, and how much does it cost?

Yes, pool heating is available year-round for added comfort included in your rental.

What is the payment policy?
To secure your reservation, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your arrival.
If the arrival date is within 21 days from the day of booking, 100% payment is due at the time of booking.

What if I need to change my travel dates?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your dates, you can do so by contacting us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates based on availability.
